Khan Pou Senchey is the western area, that connect to the central of Phnom Penh along Russia Blvd. A new district, which was moved out from Dangkor District and became Phnom Penh Special Area. It is an area, where Phnom Penh International Airport located in, connecting Phnom Penh to Sihanouk Ville through National Road 4, and to Kep by take National Road 3. In recent years, borey have been developed alongside with Khan Chbar Ampov. According to the 2019 Cambodia Census, the total population of Khan Pou Senchey was 226,971. The land size was 60.6km2.
