Khan Boeng Keng Kang

Luxury residential area with many foreigners
The most popular area in Phnom Penh is Khan Boeng Keng Kang, which located at the central of the city. It extends to the lower left from the Independence Monument at the intersection of Sihanouk blvd and Norodom blvd, and is the area where the Olympic Market, Toul Sleng Museum, Moha Montrei Pagoda, etc. are located. Locally called BKK, it is the area in Cambodia, that is the first to be noticed in real estate investment industry.
