Confirmation of contract details   Once you have decided on the property you want, we will check with the owner about the contract period, rent, repair location, restoration of the current situation and availability of renovation work.
Contract examination     Documents required by the owner, such as a company copy and business plan, will be submitted for examination.
Depending on the owner, there may be only an interview.
Rental contractAfter passing the examination and mutual agreement, we will conclude a rental contract and pay the initial cost.
Depending on the contract conditions and the owner, we will ask a lawyer to conclude the contract.
Move inWe will complete the move-in procedure on the contract move-in date and start moving in.
Remodeling / carrying inWe will start renovation work and bring in fixtures.
