Reservation payment	Once the purchase is decided, we will pay the prescribed deposit to lock the property.
Purchase application	After confirming payment, sign and thumbprint the issued application form. After confirming the application form, the developer will create the contract in about one week.
Sales contract	After confirming the contents of the contract, deposit the payment amount at the time of contract. DEPOSIT is deducted here. Both the customer and the developer will sign and thumbprint the second part of the contract. One copy is stored by the customer and one copy is stored by the developer.
Payment	The property price will be paid according to the payment schedule agreed upon at the time of contract.
Property delivery	After payment is completed, the property will be delivered locally and the registration fee will be paid.

Land Survey	Visit CANA TRUST to request a land survey and pay the survey fee.
Sales contract	We conclude a sales contract face-to-face with a lawyer with a development company or owner.
Lawyer certification	You will receive a certification stamp from a lawyer to conclude a sales contract.
Trust Contract	We conclude a trust contract with CANA TRUST and pay 50% of the trust fee.
Transfer registration	We will change the name of the hard title.
Residual payment	After the transfer registration is completed, the remaining property price 50% and trust fee 50% will be paid.
Property delivery	We will deliver the property locally.
